1. We see the plans before they are released and are able to choose the best apartments from a development before anyone else has seen them.
We also buy at a better price.
2, We have been aware of a development for possibly 3 or 4 months prior to the plans being finalised, enabling us to research the site thoroughly to a tried and tested formula, prior to making a commitment.
3, We have negotiated better buying terms with the developer than would otherwise be offered. This is because we place a group order of say 20 or 30 apartments.
4. We have negotiated for the installation of superior fixtures and fittings than are standard. This means a better end selling price.
